Introducing Spring Show Off

This spring, we’re bringing something new to communities across Surf Coast, Bellarine and Geelong with our inaugural Oslo Property Spring Show Off.

The idea isn’t new to us. Since 2022, our property partner, Armstrong Real Estate, has held a Spring front yard competition across Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed and Charlemont. With more than 322 entries and 3380 votes since it began, it’s become something residents genuinely look forward to each year. A bit of friendly rivalry, a lot of community pride, and streets that look better for it.

Now it’s Oslo Property’s turn. We’re inviting residents across our network to enter their front yards for a chance to win two prizes in each area: Judges’ Choice and Community Vote, both valued at $300 each.

This year’s competition partners and judging panellists are Confetti Blooms, returning to the competition for the second year and The Beach Willow Nursery and Cafe, who are joining the buzz for the first time.
