Working closely alongside Tahlia Huke, she supports both vendors and buyers throughout the entire sales journey, assisting with client communication, inspections, buyer enquiries, and campaign coordination to ensure every experience feels seamless and well-managed from start to finish.

Lucy’s background spans more than a decade in customer service-focused roles, shaping her strong communication skills and genuine passion for working with people. Combined with her degree in Marketing and Digital Media, she brings a strong understanding of how to strategically position properties while helping buyers recognise the value and potential within each home. Having worked alongside respected mentors and represented a range of premium homes throughout her career, Lucy has developed a considered and client-focused approach to real estate.

Having always called Torquay home, Lucy has a genuine appreciation for the Surf Coast lifestyle and strong sense of community. Growing up locally has given her a deep connection to the area and a passion for sharing the lifestyle and opportunities the region offers with both buyers and sellers alike. Driven by integrity, empathy, and compassion, she believes every property journey deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and a personalised experience that makes clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time at the beach with her dog, attending pilates classes, catching up with family over coffee, and exploring local cafes and restaurants with friends.
